How To Use intoLive on iPhone (iOS)

iOS devices (iPhone) require a specific format to use animated backgrounds on the Lock Screen. With the intoLive app, you can easily convert our high-quality MP4 videos into Live Photos in seconds.

Step 1: Download the intoLive App

First, install the app from the Apple App Store:

Step 2: Convert MP4 to Live Photo

After downloading your favorite video from LiveDesktopWallpapers, follow these steps:

1. Open the intoLive app on your iPhone.
2. Allow access to your Photos and select the MP4 video you downloaded from our blog.
3. On the edit screen, you can trim the video (our files are already optimized at 5-9 seconds).
4. Tap "Make" at the top right corner.
5. Select "No Repeat" (Free version) and wait for the processing.
6. Tap "Save Live Photo" at the bottom.

Step 3: Set as Wallpaper

Now that your file is a Live Photo, let's apply it:

1. Open your Photos App and find the Live Photo you just saved.
2. Tap the Share icon (square with an arrow) and select "Use as Wallpaper".
3. Ensure the "Live Photo" icon is turned ON (usually at the bottom of the screen).
4. Tap "Add" or "Set" and choose "Lock Screen".

Note: Live Wallpapers on iPhone only animate on the Lock Screen when you long-press the display. This is a battery-saving feature of iOS!
